Rear wheel bearing carrier stuck in brake backing plate.. HELP

03 Camry - v6 - 170k miles

Last week: Worsening hum over the last 30k that originates from RR wheel. Stripped RR and could hear that the bearing was bad just spinning by hand. Probably would've locked up any day now. Ordered online.

Today: Stripped back down, removed the 4 bolts that held carrier/backing plate to spindle(?) and pulled, the carrier and the backplate came down, together. I soaked everything in PBlaster penetrating oil. Ive tried everything in mine and autozone's arsenal to get that sucker out, its in good. I tried a universal 2 jaw puller from the rear to pull the backing plate away while pressing the carrier out. I tried heating up the backing plate with a torch and pressing the carrier out. I tried heating up the carrier and pressing it out. I tried a slide hammer from the front. I even try the BFH (big f'ing hammer) and no luck. I'm guessing since the bearing was about shot, it was probably running rediculously hot and somehow fused itself into the backing plate.

HELP. Any other ideas? I'm trying to find how much a backing plate costs and see if that would just be easier at this point, I'm stumped at what else to do.

Well I got it off, I had to use a 1/2"x6" bolt thru the hole in the hub(the hole you use to access the 4 bolts holding the carrier/backingplate to the spindle) with a nut and washer on the backside of the hub to thread it thru and push the hub apart from the backing plate. I had to strip all the brake hardware off to do this (IF YOU USE THIS METHOD, MAKE SURE THE BOLT IS PUSHING ON AN AREA WITH STEEL BACKING, NOT JUST THE DUST SHIELD. I HAVE A LARGE HOLE IN MY DUST SHIELD NOW BECAUSE I DIDN'T CHECK TO BE SURE SOMETHING STURDY WAS UNDERNEATH THE BOLT FOR SUPPORT) This gave me about a 1/16" gap between the plate and carrier, so I used the airhammer to seperate the rest of the way.

Unfortunately, something I was affraid of, using a combo of torch and 5ton pullers, I bent the backing plate/bracket, so now I need to find a new one. Know where I can get one? I found one on EBAY for a 05-06 but I have an 03. Know if that will work?
