Gen6 steel wheel question?

Hi Guys,
I have 2009 camry SE with P215/55 R17 All season tire.
I bought Good Year Nordic snow tire (P215/60 R16) and multi fit steel wheel from Canadian Tire. My question is, it wont damage bolts(Studs) right? coz i see the center bore is larger than the standard Camry center bore. therefore it would be relying on the bolts (studs) to keep the wheel on. will that coz any trouble later on?
Also there is no cover on where center bore is. it wont rust out or anything in snow/salt?
I asked them they say it's good.
Any Suggestion?

If the boplt pattern is identical then how could anything be damaged?

The studs hold the wheel to the car. I have no idea why a larger center hole could ever be an issue.

A steel wheel can rust. It might take 60 years of annual use to rust enough to make much of a difference. If you don't want rust, get aluminum wheels and watch them oxidize. Salt is hell on metal. If you want neither, get a green card and move to Del Rio. No salt, no snow, no second season tires--just Zetas firing their AK's from across the river.
I asked them they say it's good.
Any Suggestion?
