Does anyone have a copy of TSB BO019-07 as a .PDF or something they could post here?
My '05 camry speaker covers are dry rotted and I found all over the internet a reference to the service bulletin above but cannot seem to locate a copy of it to figure out the steps to install the new ones. It seems pretty detailed. I contacted a dealership nearby, but they never returned my call (probably since they don't see any money in it). I figured before I go to another dealership maybe someone already has it and could post it.
Search for "speaker cover". There are few threads on this topic. Attorney Charles Nichols started a class action law suite against Toyota. I think you still can join it.
Good luck,
Sam

Toyopartsman, thank you very much for the pdf file of the TSB regarding the rear speakers. I usually drive my Tundra but decided to take my wife's 06 Camry the other day and noticed the rear speak grills were falling apart. I emailed the service department where I purchased, this and the other fourt Toyota's and asked them when could they replace it because my wife purchased the Platinum extended warranty. We both read it and concluded that they should be covered under the Platinum warranty. The service department said that they weren't aware of any problems with this matter. They told me not to believe everything I read on the internet. Well at least I have something to show them now. Thank you. They should promote people like you.
This is a very low paying repair with a lot of interior removal. Most Tech hate doing this repair, but that is not your concern. I am absolutely dumb founded that they told you "that they weren't aware of any problems with this matter." This is a very common complaint, and I would say that they were liars if they have never done this repair, and if they haven't, then they are cheating their customers and I'd choose a different Dealer. I'd be very interested if you spoke to the Service Manage and here what he had to say about the fact that they never have heard of this. Sorry, I hate seeing this kind of stuff. It gives a lot of good people at Dealers a bad Rap.
Well, at least you have a very real and legitamte Toyota Technical Service Bulletin to show them. As far as it being covered under warranty, I'd say good luck and hope it is. Just because it is a TSB, does not automatically mean its warranty.
I am certainly glad to have been of help, I am on your side, good luck.

A short time ago I was in our local dealership to order replacement grilles and the parts guy couldn't come up with the part number (I'd neglected to bring it with me), so I popped next door to Service to see if they'd bring up the TSB on the computer so I could get the part number. Service Manager said he'd never heard of that one, but did find it in the computer for me and actually printed off a copy so I'd have the instructions handy.

Well, I found out today that the Platimun Extended Warranty that cost me close to $900.00 doesn't cover the speaker speaker grills because it doesn't specially mention that it is a "Covered" part. I explained that it doesn't state that it isn't an excluded part either. However, the Toyota representative stated that it has to specially state that it is "Covered" and since it isn't excluded, it doesn't necessarily mean that it is covered. Well I'll be calling Crutchfield's or some other place, or drive around with a stupid towel over the speakers.
When I was buying my 2005 in 2008 as a CPO, I noticed the car had some faint cracks in the speaker cover. I poked them and they fell apart, so I made them fix it before I bought the car. It is interesting that they exactly new what is needed, they said the new TSB lets them not change the whole rear grill and only do the covers, the part price for the covers were $25 and with labor it came to $200. I know the price because I saw the invoice sent from the repair shop to the dealer desk.
