can some folks post what you are paying for 2010 or 2011 Camry SE v6 with the Options Package below. trying to get a idea as to what i want to offer my dealer for this vehicle.

So um, offer $26, 500 which is roughly invoice - $1k cash.

You are in Arizona. Do you plan on buying it in Maryland driving home? Each distributor is going to have different wholesale prices, so getting a price on the east coast will at best only give you a ballpark price for Arizona. Not really what you want.

i am currently in NY helping a friend buy this car, etc.

Well in that case you need to go here and get your best pricing. They are know for the lowest out the door pricing.

I work at a dealer in NY. Just ran a locate...MSRP is $31064 and invoice $28161. That also has floor mats and rear bumper applique and owners portfolio. Current NY region incentives are: $1000 dealer cash or 0.0% financing. Hope this helps.
