gen 5 rear bumper cover removal help?

I have a 2003 camry I'm working on, which was rear ended. The bumper cover is dented in the middle but if I take it off I should be able to pop it back out. I haven't messed with it much, but does anyone have a how-to or can tell me what I need to remove to take the bumper cover off? This one isn't my car so I don't want to break anything that isn't already broken.

I searched around but the only thread about this had a bad link on it.

Thanks!

well I found the toyota manual section for removal, but its pretty generic. It basically says to remove all the bolts and pull off cover. That's about a piss poor job of explaining where the bolts and clips are located though. So if anyone has a better idea of where all the bolts, clips, etc are please let me know.

I ended up getting the job done without removing the bumper cover. I was able to pop the dent out I needed to get without pulling it off. I stuck a pry bar behind it from in the trunk and popped it right out.
