Gen6 Weather tech in channel vent visors causing jam protection to kick in

Hey guys. Just got weather tech vent visors put on today and I love em. I just noticed that if I use the auto up feature the window goes almost all the way up then right back down because jam protection is kicking in. I have to play with them to get them to go up. Is there any way to bypass or re calibrate the jam protection? Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you correct it?

Had same problem with mine when I installed it to on my Venza. Did you follow instructions and use the provided clips for the rear (if any)? Did you roll it up and down about 5 times after installation, then leave the UP for at least 24 hours? Once I left it up for a constant 48 hours it can go auto up.

Like said above, did you leave the windows up for 48 hours after installation? The adhesive has to bond, if it hasn't, it's letting the visors slack a bit and your window is hitting probably the edge of the visor.

Well I had my in-channel ones for a few months now and when I put them in I didn;t roll the window down for 2 days I think. It has never rolled back down b/c of the protector.
