2003 Camry Headlights Keep Burning Out

So the headlights on my 2003 Camry keep burning out.

It happens intermitently, one will burn out, I replace the bulb and then the other one burns out.

At one point, I put a bulb in and it lasted only 2 days.

When one of the bulbs burned out, I went to go take it out and as I jiggled the wire harness, it lit up again.

A little info.

-Both headlight housings are BRAND NEW.
-The actual bulbs were never touched by any hands since that could burn it out very easily.

Any hunch on what this could be?

Let me know if you need any more info?

Thanks in advance.

are they aftermarket headlights? from ebay? Because they're notorious for burning bulbs fast. i went through a few sets myself. But i always got replacements free cause the store i bought them from had a 1 year warranty.

But i got tired of it and put my OEM lights back in. You may just need a new wiring harness, if you jiggle it and the come back on, could be a loose conection

go to O'reilly and get package of bulb grease for $2.

i used to have the same problem with my tails. Smear it all over the connection and it should do the trick.

or dielectric grease, which is probably the same thing as the bulb grease

Look at the plug that connects the bulb and verify the metal is clean and shiney. If not, replace the connector. Oxidation can cause resistance and heat. Heat kills bulbs. Make sure the bulb actually failed and not the harness. Use your ohm meter to check for continuity between the connector spades.
