If you want to save yourself a lot of money and headache just stop now.
You need to keep in mind not just the bigger items you see, hood, fenders, etc but also the ton of tiny little support pieces and other things. Also shipping would be exorbitant. In no way shape or form is is feasible or practical.
Things won't line up, the cost to repaint the whole car, lost resale, I could go on and on.
Not trying to be mean just save you wasted time and hassle.
It's certainly possible, I think I estimated it would cost around $5000 USD to do this for just the parts, add additional $1k or so for painting, installation and wiring.
I would have done this but I went with a Hybrid conversion instead.
I *think* the front fenders are different, but not sure if you researched this.
Also, the Aurion has a LOT of different versions, pre-facelift and post-facelift... you'll have to be very careful to get all the right parts.
You're also looking for an Australian contact willing to do this for you, because everything must go through complex shipping and customs due to size and weight of things like the hood, trunk, bumper cover etc. Everything else is pretty small and probably much easier to ship though
If you succeed though, let us know cuz I would be willing to buy a trunk and rear bumper & lights to convert my rear end to an Aurion
Can be done? Yes. Will be done? Doubt it. Until I see the parts sitting next to the car. Shipping, customs, aussie contact, paint, install complications, etc. It would be pretty cool though! Best of luck. I'm watching.

We had this convo before didnt we fellas?
bumpers, sideskirts, fenders are different. Hood is different. lights are different. Only thing thats the same really is the roof and chassis?
Anyway, Ill be willing to purchase all the parts for you providing you give me the money 1st. I have a friend who works at toyota who can get parts for cheaper. But for some reason toyota gets a bit sus when you start buying all these body panels as last time i asked for a SE kit they asked for my full details and VIN. Luckily this friend of mine has an aurion anyway so i could use his VIN. If you can work out a shipping agent who will pick it up then thats sweet too.
But putting all that aside, this is going to be a lot of work. Its not a simple take the camry stuff off and wack the aurion stuff on. If you car is an i4, forget about doing this. if its a v6, go for your life.
But aye, if you got the money to blow, then go for it i say.

I can paypal you the cost for the rear end parts first lol.
But.. are you sure the rear fender is different? It looks the same to me. It just appears that the bumper cover stops lower and allows the larger Aurion tail lights to fit.
mm yeah good point. maybe not the rear fenders. however. if the OP is gonna do an aurion conversion. please do the SE aurion and not the base model one
