5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
So I was at a shop today getting tints put on my car and this guy came in with a 2010 LE Camry. He had something in his cam that I've never seen before. Many of you with LE's will be familiar with the annoying grey carpeting that we have in the car, well this guy had black plastic that he said he bought from a package (I tried talking to him as best as I could, he was Hispanic and did not speak much English so the language barrier was really owning the conversation) somewhere, I believe in the city. I was trying to get more out of him but I couldn't really understand. It was black plastic that covered all of the annoying grey carpet in the car with a black plastic that looked super clean: it covered the doors where it had it, it covered the front/passenger/and rear seats, and it looked super clean. I have pictures that my buddy took on his iphone if no one can ID what this package is, but if someone can, please let me know what it is called because I'd love to buy it! Have a great thanksgiving all
haha man sorry i tried to explain it as best as i can...i just texted my boy to send me the pics so hopefully he will and i can put them up...its hard to explain lol i was just hoping to see if anyone knew what it was just based on my description but yeah ill get pics up asap
no they werent floor mats, it covered the doors as well. and the sides of the floors, whereas a regular floormat will cover just a flat surface, this "package" (for lack of a better term cuz idk what it is lol) covered the side of it, like i said none of the carpet was visible in the whole car.

That is one ugly interior ... the matss look like weathertech/huskyliner the doors look to be custom done, I've never. Heard of a package like that unless its. Dealer specific
@kenny where did you get your mats? Those are the exact ones I'm looking for, does it have the seperate or sinlge mat for the rear?

i got it off craiglist, u can get it online. its a company called WeatherTech, which make window visors. the rear is a single piece which i think its better than separate. i also have the one for the trunk. here a link http://www.weathertech.com/
ooh i got an extra one for sale right now but its the OEM one for the trunk Camry gen6 trunk mat
@7sickoZ0 - I'm not really feeling the seats or anything, I just like what he did with the door and the mats and shizz. so no one knows anything about their being a premade kit about the doors? Thanks for the help with the mats I'm checking them out now
