Around how much will it cost to get a touchup paint/repainting job done on a 2011 camry, to make it look new again to remove bumper scuffs and scratches and more scuffs anywhere around the car. basically to fix up any damages you made on the paint over time to make it look new again?

I think a small scuffs or scratches may require you to repaint the whole assembly to make it "look new".

How much do you think that will be? for the same quality? not maaco..
and in regards to the touchpaint i dont think i would do a great job since i never done it before so i dont want to risk it... i think that requires some sanding as well..

It really depends on where the scratches are. You can take your car to the body shop to have them estimate (usually free). MJZ is right; it will cost you hundreds of dollars (up to thousands), also depend on whether the shop wants to rip you off.
My car has some scratch at all 4 corners of a car (some ppl are careless to "touch" my car in the parking). I decided to leave them like that since I know for sure, with the parking space at my school, they will be back soon . Scratches are parts of a car! Unless you want to sell your car, attend a car show, or have some serious damage, you should leave it like that.
touch up paint sucks. it's like some kid dabble on your car. either leave it alone or get it painted professionally.
many expert will say blending paint is a bad idea but if you do it right, you dont have to paint the whole piece.

I disagree. I've touched up plenty of spots on my car. The only ones that don't blend in fully are if there is a dent in the sheet metal, otherwise it is flush with the surrounding paint. You have to put multiple layers and then wetsand and polish accordingly. I've touched up multiple rock chips as well as down to metal key scratch marks. They take time and skill thats all
Just also want to mention that paint blending requires a lot of skill if the paint is metallic or full of flake. Its something you have to live with if the shade is a tad bit off since no paint shop carries OEM paint. They mix it according to the paint code on the spot

Hello, you just need to spend a few hundred with a professional detailer.
Not just some shmo who washes and waxes, I am talking about the professionals who prepare cars for resale. Thay can very skillfully touch up the paint like it was new and any door dings can be taken out like the company dentpro.
Near me is a concentration of new car dealers and used car lots, AND several buisness that exclusivley recondition cars for resale that support the Car dealers.
I had my front bumper, grille and hood repainted OEM white, and my roof Obsidian Black (OEM Lexus) and the whole car professional detailed, buffed waxed ect ect interior as well. for 1200CND.
I'm curious as to why a 2011 needs so much work as well, unless it's been in an accident.
man and the color of my camry is metallic too.. i just wanted to keep it lookin new once all the scuffs on the paint added up. i might look into a professional detail-er touch up paint... if that can do the job..

i thought you can ask Toyota dealership for an approved autobody shop that they approve of that will carry the OEM paint for say my metallic camry and can get the job done with the same quality..

Oh, I took your "repainting" part literally and thought repainting the whole panel. Oops
Erm, I don't have any before shots of the ones I have touched up. The keying on my friends IS250 would have been the best example of my work since it took 2 weeks to complete since the key marks were so deep. I must've put on 10 layers of paint before it was even level with the original!
I'll grab pics on my RX later. There are a few spots not dented by the rock so those should be a good example. It might also show the slight color difference in the OEM metallic vs the touch up pen provided by Lexus. We shall see since I need to get the back bumper replaced due to a rear end

Never heard of Toyota shipping out paint cans of their OEM paint for shops to use. All the shops endorsed by the dealer around me mix them based on the paint code.
Oh, and a common misconception with bodyshop work done by the dealer is that its the same quality. Its not. Reason being, they don't bake the paint so most of the time the bodyshop work is generally weaker
