Don't know if it is complete crap. Best bet is to ask the seller if it is OEM or ask him who the manufacturer is.... Ask if it is a direct fit, that is it has all the clips, etc...

Most covers are not that $$$$, it's the painting that gets expensive. Unless you go to a dealership, who is to say that a place will not order the exact same one? Did you find out how much Toyota sells it for?

If I needed one... I may consider it after I ask my questions and concerns to the seller.

A genuine part from Toyota will be about $195, roughly $75 more than the no-name item you are looking at. If you want assured good quality, get an original part and pay for it.

I would pay the extra $$$ and get a Toyota part. I don't alway say this but I don't find the difference in price that much... not like a catalytic converter which may be over a G at the stealership and about 2-3 hundred for a noname.

Actually the Toyota OEM Part is probably 2x or more expensive.

What you are seeing is a bumper cover and a lip, each of which Toyota prices at like $150.

You want a 2007-2009 SE front bumper and a 2007-2009 SE front lip if you are looking to buy this from Toyota.

The Ebay listing is just a aftermarket replacement, which should actually be as good or better than the Toyota part since it's an insurance certified replacement.

Most insurance companies don't use OEM replacement parts anyway unless you go through the dealership. When an insurance company lists a body shop as one of their "certified" repair shops/appraisers they almost always use the cheapo ones.
