extrakt0r's new 2011 SE - Pics

Hi Toyota Nation - my 1st post but been lurking for some time. Recently sold my 09 Corolla for a new 2011 Camry SE. Loving the new ride compared to the Corolla - my better sized for a family.

Got it the 2nd week of Sept and just finished it up this weekend. The Forum was a great source of knowledge, esp all the work people have done listing out LED's for conversions, etc.

Anyway, here is my list. And before you go busting my balls about HID's in the Fogs, I have had my wife switch cars and come at me in the opposite lane to check for glare, maybe it is the 3K in the Lows, but I am not blinded, nor is my wife, or my mom who has to wear glasses to drive. Maybe a higher K in the fogs would produce glare, but I don't see what the issue is. No one has ever flashed me either.

2011 Camry SE

Mod List Below: I already have 7,500 miles on her (drive alot for work) so I will do Wheels and Tires in the Spring when I have used up the stockers

-Full XPEL Clear Bra 18" + Mirrors
-50% Tint on Windshield, 35% on Front Two, 20% on Back Three
-Full LED Conversion - Inside & Out
-DDM HID's 5K in Lows, 3K in Fogs
-K&N Typhoon Intake
-TRD Lowering Spring
-TRD Exhaust
-TRD Oil Filter & M1 Full Syn 5w-30
-Weathertech Floor Mats - Front & Rear & Car Seat Liners
-Come Spring - TRD 18" Wheels & Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 225/45/R18

Congrats on your new purchase and welcome to the forum.

You won't regret getting the clear bra. I wish I would have gotten one. Bug damage is a MF on a black car.

Modes sound amazing.

Just make sure you keep all the parts of the OEM intake. Every time you go to a dealership don't have any intake modes on your car, it seems that many people have been told that they voided the guarantee. One person was told that... they saw the modes many months ago... so even though the mod is not on the car now... you have voided the guarantee.

Me personally, I am a fan of Toyo and would buy these

or save a few bucks...

I think a gloss black vinyl wrap on the roof would really compliment the white exterior and tinted windows really well.

Nice, but you should get your TRD exhaust adjusted ... it looks pretty uneven/crooked.

Yea, actually I think stock Gen 6.5 SE wheels look awesome for a stock wheel. I mean the specs are weak but they great already and love the polished accent. No real need to get any wheels at all unless it's to go with better fitment.

OP: I have used TRD wheels if you are looking for a cheap deal. I also have 235/45/18 tires that I might want to take off for thinner ones.

Very nice. I would mount that V1 higher or have it more concealed rather then using the cord. See my CarDomain to see how I have mine set up
