replacing spark plugs, retainer clip on boot broke

'05 Camry 4 cyl... Obviously I wasn't careful enough, but some of the plastic clips that are on the wires that connect to the ignition coils broke while I was replacing spark plugs... one broke about a year ago and I never had trouble with the wire slipping off or anything and I drive a lot, but now two more broke today, it doesn't appear to be easy to replace these clips (or am I incorrect on this?), should I be concerned about the wires slipping off without those clips?
