Does Toyota have a way to track my driving habits?

I've heard of black-boxes in cars. I wonder what my 2011 SE has as far as tracking my speed, g-forces, braking etc. I will be at a local track next week and wanted to make a pass or two but don't want to take my car for an oil change and face some consequences when they find out my top speed. Is there any way for toyota to track this info?

Sure. They have a 'black box' that will record the last few minutes of use prior to an accident. This is how they discovered that all of those people complaining about runaway cars were in fact pushing on the accelerator and not the brake. After you have been racing, drive the car around the track parking lot as if it was Sunday morning and you should be good.

Check your fluid levels before you go out too.

cover or take off your license plates before you go on track. Insurance companies sometimes send spy's out to get plate numbers and report them. (i do tracking events myself)
