NEED INSIDE HELP: 2006+ Wire Harness Repair Manual and repair wires

Anyone know what the part number for the 2006+ Wire Harness Repair Manual is? I already have the (RM1022E) manual which is 1991-2005.

What I really need is to confirm which Repair Wires are used for the following connector part numbers. I think there is a section in the manual that says which pins are used in which plug body.

90980-12303 (Accelerator pedal plug)
90980-12462 (2GRFE ECU plug)
90980-11665 (OBDII diagnostic port)

In addition: anyone in the community know how to get their hands on some of the following repair wires at a reasonable price? I'm trying to pin up just two plugs and the cost for the few pins I need is over $400! The prices on these things from Toyota are outrageous!! I've been working in the electrical/systems engineering community for a number of years and can't contemplate how a single electrical contact with a short section of wire can cost $12! It probably costs Toyota 10-20 cents each to produce.

82998-12750 (QTY=16)
82998-12760 (QTY=12)
82998-12270 (QTY=4)
90980-09152 (QTY=31)
90980-09325 (QTY=6)

thanks, if you can help me out.

Jason

Ohhh you're a Tech student. Hmmm, don't really know if I want to help you. Kidding.

What car is this about? It'll get more attention in the proper section.

It's for my 2GR-FE swap into my 1991 MR2.

I'm assuming your a Cav then?

thanks. If you think there's a more relevant section feel free to move the post.

I have a feeling the contacts may be Sumitomo TS series 025 and 090 with the associated sealing grommets and plugs, however I have not been able to find as source for these anywhere yet.

Ahhhh 2GR swap. Good luck! I might have another mod move it to the Camry section. Someone may be more familiar with that specific engine than I am. Heck, I've seen a lot of MR2 boards where guys have done this swap. Those sites might even be helpful. MR2.com, MR2 OC, etc

And nope. VCU student. God forbid I'd ever go to UVA...
