Pop off the valve cover and block oil passages and start to remove as many big chunks as u can. Then clean it with a shop vac. Unplug passages and pop valve cover back on. Then run nothing but synthetic oil at short intervals. And put some seafoam in the crankcase.

Thank you Brothers, nice feedback on the seafoam. that I will use it this weekend for sure.
be sure to ONLY put about 1/3 of a can in. And change the oil and filter VERY often 2500 miles tops. Seafoam will loosen up that stuff fairly quick. Don't want to plug up your oil passages. Also, only add the seafoam about 50 miles before your ready to change your oil
