2004 Camry 4cyl A/T Booming Noise in Rear

Just bought a 2004 4cyl A/T Camry. Experience a "booming" noise from rear whenever the vehicle tracks across pavement separations. Noise is not typical road noise; front end significantly less noise when tracking across the pavement separations. Local dealer and zone state the noise is typical. This is my third Camry and none of the others had evidenced this type or level of noise. Anyone else experience this problem? Any dealer fixes to this annoying problem?

Thank you for the reply. If I didn't know better (as this is a new vehicle) I would suspect the upper mount or a stabilizer link as being the problem. There was also a TSB on the 2002 regarding a "thumping noise", and I wonder what exactly was the problem and fix. I am hoping to hear from other 2004 owners having a similar problem as the dealer and zone have attempted to make me believe that the noise is "typical". What a bunch of hazaza.
