Did you ask the dealer?

Would be nice if you titled your post as " Break squeal"

I'm gonna say it sounds like you could just put some lubricant or grease on the back of the pads to get rid of the squealing thats if the pads are actually still good. Could also have dust build up which could cause some noise.

The OP is in LA where it has been raining cats and dogs for a week, about the same time as the squeak. The dealer says the pads are fine. Nothing unusual has been done to them other than pulling a wheel perhaps and taking a look. They just started to make noise, and the weather has been wet, causing rust on the rotors and changing the heat cool characteristics of the system. It's the weather.

+1 weather. Just drive for a while and see when things dry up if it makes a difference. If you're still under warranty the dealer will usually clean the brake for free if you complain. I wouldn't rush to do anything at the moment yourself.

Mine's been like that since months ago regardless of weather condition.

Agree that it's possible they squeal without rain/rust. I wonder what brand of brake pad Toyota put on there. Akebonos (AK xxx-xxx FF) should be silent. But the undesirable NBKs (marking NBK xxx-xxx FF) then all bets are off.

If OP's squeal coincides with the rain, then let it dry up for a while and see.
