2002 Camry, sat for 6 months, very low idle problem?

I recently inherited a 2002 Camry 4cyl. My father got sick in June so the car had been sitting in his garage from June til last week. Battery needed replaced, filled up the tank from 1/4 (possible bad gas), have driven about 150miles and runs ok moving its just at cold/warm the idle in park is way way low. At the first notch, which may be 200rpms?? This causes the lights to dim and air to slow at stop. Ran fine before, just sat for 6 months. I'm gonna start with seafoam but any other ideas or causes you guys know of that is common? From what i understand, there is no RPM adjustment on these.....Thanks for the help

It's mainly because the battery got disconnected. Let it idle in drive with the ebrake on and it will relearn idle

How long does this typically take? I've driven it highway and normal driving for almost 200 miles now.

It took mine about 1hr to relearn the idle, I let it idle with the A/C on.

the car cant relearn idle when its being driven. It needs to be idleing. Put it in gear with the ebrake on and turn on ALL accessories, a/c, lights, highbeams, interior lights, everything

Yup yup, it has to be idling, not driving around town.
