5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
So I was looking at getting a new axleback. Question is shoud I go Vibrant or Borla muffler's? Remember it's on stock piping. I don't care about performance. But I figure Borla is pretty much like TRD so it shouldnt be loud. But I have also heard Vibrant isint loud at all either.
Their is no black and white answer to that question 'which one is better'. All about taste, what you want to spend etc. How you narrowed it down to Vibrant vs Borla and not TRD, HKS, Magnaflow etc might help you decide between these two as well.
I have a 2.5 11 Camry with Borla mufflers and all stock piping. It sounds very good, better than the Civic Si IMO.
And FYI, if you've ever heard the TRD exhaust, it's made by Borla. Only the actual Borla version is louder than the TRD one.
Beat me to it.

Omggggg yesss. 2GR + Borla = <3. There's a reason that Porsche uses Borla as their OEM.
