Will the SE headlight housing fit an LE?

I did a search, found nothing conclusive.

I have a 2002 Camry LE. The headlight lens are scratched to the point where the last attempt at polishing them out will be my last time: they need to be replaced.

I like the look of the black interior on the SE headlights. While browsing through eBay, I found a few options. By the way, love the $40 shipping charges from some of these guys ...

Anyway, I found one vendor who, in his listing, specifically states that this is for an SE, and will NOT fit an LE or XLE.

I was under the impression these were all the same for 2002. What gives?

then that vendor is misinformed. for the gen 5, the headlights are interchangeable between trims.

Yes the 02-06 SE head lights WILL fit...

BUT

If you get the 05-06 headlights (all trim levels) for your 02 You will need to also get the 05-06 wiring harness.

i wouldnt recommend aftermarket "oem" headlights, the reflectors are trash and you will have scattered light where you dont want it

^agreed. there is usually some slight fitment issues as well, so your best bet is to buy new oem or used oem headlights.

I also agree, i did the aftermarket light thing and they sucked. they're up in my garage loft actually. lol
