Water Pump & Starter Problem [Video]

Hey guys, a few days ago i was warming up my car and i heard a funny noise so i called up my friend at Toyota and told him about the noise and he told me to bring the car down. so i brought the car down and pulled into the service department, ran the car and the car wasn't making the noise. so the guy tried to fast talk me into getting a $98 diagnostic charge, so i called up my friend and he came over. but to make a long story short they started the car again and the noise started so a mechanic came over and tapped the starter and the noise stopped and as far as the water pump going i guess its a pink fluid that you'll see somewhere on the engine bay. they said alot of the water pumps on our cars are going. but my car only has 34k on it so the water pump its under warranty; as far as the starter is concerned i guess they have to specially order a new starter but first they would have to find the root of cause; so with this being said; 1. Should I remove my audio wire from my battery for my system? just in case they try to find a reason not to replace it

I would suggest you remove all aftermarket parts from your car and don't let them make excuses. 1 zip tie will void the whole warranty.
