Looking for some all weather rubber mats for my 2009 SE.
I went to the Dealer for an oil change and they stole my factory all weather mats. When I took the car in, the service writer wanted to do the gas pedal recall. I said "they won't take my mats, right?". He said "NO!". Sure enough, gone.
So I order a set of WeatherTech Floor Liners. Been 3 weeks. Can't get any answers from them why I don't have them.
So any suggestions for a good set of all weather mats ??
Go back to the dealer or stealership and demand your mats back... if not then ebay has some cheap.. somebody takes my stuff, I aint happy...especially when no permision was given in the first place.
I remember the recall will replace the front floormats with the new ones. If you don't have them, you can ask them. For WeatherTech Floorliners, maybe they are back order.
I'm using a set of Toyota weather floormat, but it doesn't cover the hump at the rear seat. Does anyone have any idea how to cover it without buying a floorliner (I don't want to waste my current floormat)? Thank you!

+100.
if not, well, hit walmart. I got same mats in all my cars. less than $20 or so for two. beige, gray or black to choose from.
they are deep and heavy, keep water and dirt very well.spikes on the back won't let them slide.

Go get your mats back. If they haven't thrown them out already. The Toyota replacements are thin and crappy.

You went in with floor mats which in some way you have paid extra for ...
You leave and YOUR mats are GONE and not replaced or reimbursed...
you leave like a scared dog with its tail between its legs and now your going to spend extra $$ to get new ones?
I dont get whats up with people. Maybe I'll come steal your wheels one day, knowing you will just go and pay more $$ to replace them. Sorry if i sound harsh but really? Why didnt you fight for them? Freedom of speech. USE IT.
WeatherTech mats = win!! They make them after you order them. So it usually takes a bit, mine took around 1.5 weeks. I'd give them a call and see whats up. Other than that weathertech's are imo the best floor mats for cars and its worth that extra bit of money for them.

I will beat the hell out of those people for stealing your stuff, that's just isn't right. Don't be scared, just go all out, show no mercy to those fools.
Took the car in on the morning of Dec.23. Drove the car home.
Wife & I got in the car afternoon of Dec.24. She says "what smells". When we pull out of the garage, into the sunlight, she says "Did you get new mats?". That was when I figured out the dealer had taken my mats and replaced them with the cheaper "updated" mats.
Went back on Dec. 27th. My mats had been "destroyed" as part of the recall. They agreed to reimburse my for the original mats.
After 5 phone calls and 2 weeks I got a check for $54 for the front pair. I had paid $90 for the set of 4. Called again, "Sorry, that is the best we can do".
Needless to say they got raped on their survey.
Ordered the WeatherTech Liner on Dec. 27th.
As to why WeatherTech can't, didn't, won't ship, I don't know. Called them 3 times. 30 to 40 minutes wait to talk to someone. Don't seem to be very organized.
Last Thursday (Jan 13) I was promised that the mats would ship on Monday (Jan. 17) and that I would be e-mailed a tracking number. Nothing.
Called again today (Jan 18) still couldn't tell me the status and offered a refund.
So any suggestions as where to order a nice set from ?
