Hi NOOB here. I got an 05 camry xle in need of a new bumper. Lost its cuurent one to a deer. Anyways do any of you guys no if an 02 bumper will fit my 05? from pics I have it seems it will but I am not sure. Can anyone confirm/check? thanks

02 will not fit a 05

02, 03, 04 same bumper

05, 06 new style bumper

thanks for the repsonse! I know its a different style and looks different, but does that mean it will not fit?

it will fit, but if you have foglights on your xle... they will definitely not fit on the 02 bumper.

shweet. got the fogies taken car of already. this one is prepainted. in 02 phantom grey was the only real dark grey right?

i think so.

as for the bumper, i'm pretty certain that it fits... but i'd wait for someone else to chime before taking me at my word

i've taken off an 03 rear bumper on a friend's, and it has exactly the same mounting points as my 05 did... so front bumpers should be similar.

You can fit any bumper from 02-06 on any Gen 5, as mentioned the fog lights however are different between 02-04 and 05 and 06.

it's a cover for the access for the tow hook.

figured. Ik the head lights are diffferent but will 02 -04 lights fit in an 05? Thank for all the help again

yup, you will have to do some wiring modification though. turn signal and parking are one and the same in the 02 - 04 headlights.

honestly, i think you're downgrading by switching to an 02 bumper and headlights... i like the styling of the 05 - 06 so much better, but i can understand if it's cheaper. just my $.02

Could I skip parking lights and just go blinkers low beams and high beams without any mods? I know the 05-06 stuff looks better but this is saving about 3,000 bucks because Im getting all needed front end parts from one person plus the bumper prepainted for free. As much as I love and respect my Toyota as a workhorse, its just that and my g8 GT is my baby. It's just not worth making look perfect when it will look fine as an 02-04.

you could skip parking lights, but i don't know about without any mods. i'm pretty certain that the turn signal bulbs are different shape and connectors.
