06CamryXLE Blower Motor

Hello All,
First timer so forgive me if topic already addressed. We've had unseasonably cold weather here in the Carolinas and blower motor is growling. Could someone walk me through the R&R please? Can I also get part number?

Also am considering replacing cabin filter if one exists...

Thank you in advance,
Jon

You have a cabin filter. On my 2004,you have to remove the glove box door to get to it. It is located in the duct work near the blower. Pull it out, remove the filter element from the frame and replace with a new element. Walmart now carries a Fram replacement element which come with instructions About $16.00 in spring of 10. The blower motore is held in place by four or more fasterners. Unplug the power, remove the fasteners and remove blower motor with squirrel cage. Install new blower. I think some replacement blower motors come with the squirrel cage fan. I have seen replacements advertised on the internet. Probably as good as the OEM. Regards
