any pictures? Are the holding clips on the bumper itself damaged?
I had an ice chunk fly in front of my car from a plow last year and the bottom lip was cracked and the bumper was a little out of alignment.
A local autobody shop was able to salvage the bumper and just buy the lower lip portion and replace it. I'll see if I can dig up the invoice.

thanks for your reply, the clips is ok, but the lip is cracked and the portion on the bottom is damaged, the allignment is off a little....it just happened 30 minutes ago...

In that case the lip can be bought as a separate piece and replaced. Just make sure there isn't any damage above the seal that separates the bumper from the bottom lip.
Any chance you could get a pic, I'm pretty confident that's all you need but a pic would give me 100% confidence in my statement
Also make sure you go somewhere that you trust, I got a few different estimates and one place wanted to replace the whole bumper instead of just removing the bottom lip.

thanks for your info, i'll take the pictures later today...there is not any damage above the seal that separates the bumper and the lip, but the left side of the bumper is not align with the fender, it sticks out a little, do you know how much the OEM lip cost or the whole bumper cost? i'm going to call the dealer today to find out if they can replace the whole thing, also the part that cover under the bumper damaged too...
i drove the car to the dealer and talked to one of my friend that work there, he suggested me to this auto body shop in the area that Toyota dealership here always brings cars to this shop for body repair/paint...i ended up filled out a claim with my insurance since the cost to fix these damages is $2800.00...i just took the pictures and will post tonight when i get home...oh, the lower control arm bent that caused the off allignment, and lucky the UR was there to save the engine bottom end/oil filter...but the UR bar also damaged...wells, the insurance company will pay this shop to bring back the original shape of my car, not 100% but i hope i will not dissapointed...we'll see.
Sorry to hear it's much more than just the bumper cover.
I guess there's a big difference between an ice chunk (my car) and a stationary object like a curb in your case.... one gives the other doesn't.
Well you only have to pay $500, but look on the bright side - the front of your camry is going to look brand new.
that is what i am going to do, the insurance insisted that the bumper cover can be repair, i do not think so, i want to replace the bumper, but the first thing that my auto body repair shop wants to do is clean up the car and lift it up to see if there is more problem/damages that need to be fix.
