Headlight Replacement Instruction Help

Hopefully I can articulate this well. I have a 2007 Camry SE and, even though I applied XPEL headlight film on the outside one of the headlights developed an internal haze, probably due to heat or something with adhesive curing when the headlight was manufactured. Therefore, I have one still perfectly clear headlight and one with a slight haze, noticeable especially under direct sunlight. I purchased some aftermarket replacement OEM headlights to swap out and now I need help determining the quickest and easiest means of doing this. The design is horrible with the bolt on the side so can someone explain how to get at it without completely removing the bumper?
