Canada Engine Hesitation Camry SE V6 2007

Hi Guys/Gals
I am new to the forum and looking for some help. Has anyone had this problem with the camry ?
Nature of Problem:
The car hesitates when accelerating from a full stop. The problem begins once the car is warm and has been running > 20 min (engine temp at midpoint of dial). It is initiated once the car comes to full stop (usually at a red light). Once the car stops a click can be heard and felt through the brake pedal. At his point, the car hesitates to accelerate when the accelerator pedal is depressed to the floor. There is a grinding noise along with and an engine shudder as the car attempt to increase in speed. The car slowly creeps forward and the accelerator pedal pulsates and clicks as it is being depressed to the floor. The shudder and grinding noise stops once the car reaches 40 km/h on the odometer. During the period of hesitation the odometer rises from 0 to 40 km/h in a jerky fashion and become smooth after the speed of 40 km/h is reached. It is at this point; that the car lurches forward and accelerates rapidly. As the car is trying to accelerate the traction control light comes on. In the past VSC and ABS lights have come on and remained on until the next engine start up. The engine light has not come on during any of these episodes. The driving conditions of the road at the time of this incidence are clear and there is no visible snow or road ice. The problem can occur during a turn or straight run. This problem has been going on for 1 ½ months and manifests itself at least 3 -4 times per week and is increasing in frequency. The car has been taken to the dealership twice had nothing was found during the test drive) no codes in the computer). It was taken to an independent mechanic and no codes were found along with any symptoms during the test drive.
