Gen6 Steering wheel vibration while idling in gear?

Hello Toyota Nation! I hope someone here can give me some answers or advice. I have a 2007 Camry LE V6 with about 53,000 miles on it. Recently, I've been experiencing a constant vibration through the steering wheel which was never there before. You can feel it most in "D" and the vibration can be felt on the center armrest to the doors. I took the car to the dealer today and they stated it was normal for it to vibrate while idling. It isn't intense idling but it just wasn't there before and can get annoying. Anyone experience this before? Thanks!

It could be dozens of reasons. Aligment, balancing, engine air filter, PVC valve.

Basically you should do a tune up. When was the last time you changed the PVC valve? Or air filter? It is also possible that you have a "pin hole" in your exhaust system.

And obviously check your wheels/tires.

I had a local mechanic check the car today and he said it was the rear motor mount. The tested the engine for movement while flooring it. A lot of movement. It looked kind of like this
