Hi, basically what I would like to do is change my cloth seats on my 2007 camry SE to leather seats but on top of that I want the heating/cooling options.i know to a certain extent lexus es350 model is basically a camry right? so a lot of the hardware would work the same? I want to purchase Lexus ES350 leather seats that have cooling/heating. Will this work will there be tons of wiring? or would I say simply need a new shifter panel with the seat options, along with connecting the passenger seat to a power source for automation? (since my current passenger seat isn't powered just regular) any info would help. i want leather seats but i want heated/cooling options. i did some research into it but i don't know if es350 or any lexus seats would essentially work with it. thanks
They will bolt up but if you have non power passenger seats the odds are slim that you have wire harness in your car to hook up the power needed for it to work. Some cars have the wire harness but it's not in use, if you have the same connections on bothe sides then you have it. To tell the the pass. will have a conn plugged into a dummy spot. Then the center console for the seats will need the same as well, but there os even a slimmer chance of having both of them leaving some wiring to be desired.

thanks that helps me a lot. i will check the connections and see if it's in there. if not i should be able to acquire a wiring harness? I know with my 95 lexus it was the lower end model but it did have connections for say heated seats. i figured it might be the same for my 07 camry also. What about the buttons though for the heated cooling option? would i be able to buy say a lexus es350 one or a camry one that had heated seats as an option?
That I'm not sure of. I know cooling isn't an option on the Camry so the connections wouldn't be present there so a little more investigating would be required. The connections also may not be a direct fit either so some work will be required to swap them out.
