gen 7 2009 Camry Left Rear Passenger Seat Belt Stuck...Any Fixes?

The rear passenger seat belt is stuck. Won't budge a bit. I peeled of the cover and don't see it tangled. Looked in the trunk but can't find where it is. Any suggestions on diy fixes?

OP did you ever get your seatbelt fixed? I have the same problem with my seatbelt in the same area.

My front passenger seat belt does this far too often.

What I do is hold the belt on each side of the belt where it feeds into the retractor opening. Push it in manually and suddenly the retractor will automatically grab it and do what it is suppose to.

It won't seem like it's going to work but keep fiddling with it. Don't try to pull it out hard; that will just make it tighter. Push it in manually even though it won't feel like it's going anywhere. Sometimes it will take three or four seconds, sometimes I've piddled with it for several minutes.
