07 rough idle, check engine lit

My 07 V6 LE started up this morning and ran roughly for a few seconds, the check engine light flashed and the rear window defrost lamp was flashing. I restarted the engine and it sounded fine but the check engine light now stays lit. Anybody have this happen to them??

I would go to autozone or somewhere that will pull the code for you if you don't have a scan tool or access to one and start there.
