Just put on Mrr Hr2 wheels on 07 camry SE and now I have vibration in the steering wheel at high speeds. I know there are a few guys in this forum that have these wheels. Has anyone else had this problem? How do you fix it?
They told me that the wheels were balanced before I left the shop. The tires are less than one year old. Less than 10,000 miles. What do you mean, Shifted belt?

Doesn't mean anything really if the person who sold them to you was a POS. A belt shift is a speration of the belt from the center of the tire and it move off the center line to the left or right side. Usually depends on on the alignment or if the tires were damged by a pot hole or curb.
If you got them balanced at a shop then they would have certainly noticed a belt shift if one existed. I really don't know what could be the problem. Rims don't have any dents?
Did Hubcentric rings come with your wheels? Do you have Mrr Hr2?
Could possibly be hubcentric rings that are needed. Its always a good idea to have hubcentric rings with aftermarket wheels but it depends on the diameter. Usually after market wheels are 70.31 where as toyota factory 60.1. Its worth a shot since they are only about 7 bucks on ebay to purchase. No they don't usually come with the rims because some people lose a couple of them, ask MJZ about that lol. On a side note mike I found a ring in my closet the other day lol.
I had these rims and didn't experience any vibrations with 18" wheels. I was driving around with only 2 at one point. Didn't notice they feel off to after I re-mounted them one time and I said the hell with it.

Kept the same tires 235/45 all around. Going 245/40 all around when these wear out. I rub now up front but that's cause these Tein springs blow. Need coils soon but no money.
i had 18" wheels on my old camry a 99 and i forgot to put the hubcentric rings and it had the vibrations at high speeds, after installing them the vibration went away. I just got some 16" Momo's from discount tire direct and it came with hubcentric rings.
