Are you referring to the "intake air surge tank" between the throttle body and the intake manifold? There are three "brackets" between that assembly and the block on my 2004 V6.Two are called "stays" and one is called "engine hanger #2." The service manual for my 2004 Camry does not list the bolt size but gives the torque value at 15 ft.lbs. for all six fasteners. Try to determine the length needed by inserting something into one of the empty holes. Go to a parts house or hardware store and purchase several different length metric fasteners with 14mm hex heads in all thread pitches available[probably two] The proper pitch cap screw should start easily by hand. You may also be referring to the resonator that is part of the lower air inlet to the filter box. The resonator is attached to the body by both a cap screw and a plactic fastener.Good luck. Maybe another member will have more accurate information. Regards.
