Camry Rear Bumper spoiler?

I was backing up my car in parking lot... someone glided through my rear bumper... after accessing the damage... looks like the bumper has 2 pieces...
the upper portion has minor scratches... but the lower piece is torn...
Is this bumper one piece.. or 2 pieces..
Can I buy lower piece by itself.... have it painted... and stick it in.. is that easy?
Please advise... if it can be fixed...
2010 Toyota Camry SE [manual transmission] 2.4L 4cyl

Thanks

Let me move your thread over to the Camry forum so the other members there can give you advice about the bumper.

You dont need a complete bumper. It's called a rear bumper spoiler and it retails for around 230 unpainted. They don't sell them painted.
