Front and rear struts

Hey guys my camry is an 05 and i was wondering where the best place to get front and rear struts from? I was also wondering how to remove the rear struts i looked in the trunk for access to the top hats but it looks like there is nothing but solid metal surrounding them. I appreciate any help you guys could offer. Thanks

get oem or kyb-gr2. dealership or any of the online toyotaparts stores for oems or tirerack and rockauto for kyb-gr2. if you do not have the tools or want to remove the springs yourself, you can buy monroe quickstruts.

as far as removing the rear struts, you will have to remove the bolsters to the rear seat to gain access to the top hats. to remove the bolsters, you will have to remove the rear seat to gain access to the bolts to the bolsters.

Check rockauto.com for prices. KYB pretty much matches the OEM ride as they make Toyota struts. Others are happy with Monroe's Sensatrac, with lifetime warranty.

You should replace the mounts too with the struts. The rear mount is not solid metal. It has rubber probably covered by paint.

I had a feeling you would say i have to take my rear seat out that was all i could think but didn't want to start taking needless things apart thanks for the advice
