Valve Clearance 2010 camry 2.5

At this moment the odometer on my camry is on 35000 miles.
Toyota says about valve clearance: no adjustment needed.
I'm wondering what this will be when this car has 100.000 miles on the odo.
did someone make a control of this clearance ?
How is it possible, there's no adjustment needed ?

These engines have hydraulic lash adjusters. The cam lobe pushes down on the middle of a "finger follower". It looks like a rocker arm. One end of the follower pushes down on the valve stem, the other end rests on a small hydraulic plunger that sticks up from the head. This finger has rollers where the cam lobe rides and at the end that pushes on the valve stem. This is a neat valve mechanism and not cheap to make. The 3.5 V6 uses the same design. If anybody here knows more about this valve train, please add to this or correct any mistakes I may have made.

Thanks for your explanation. This means, we never have to adjust the valves. Just take care of using clean oil, and this system runs without problems.
I found this movie: http://wn.com/Automotive_Technology_...e_Valve_Timing
Very interesting.
