Canada Synthetic Oil - 07 Camry V6

Hi guys,

I recentely purchased a '07 LE V6 Camry (3 weeks ago). The car has 75,000 KM on it and I was thinking of switching over to Synthetic Oil.

I would appreciate input on whether or not I should make the change over.

Thanks,

Alex

That car is fine with either conventional or synthetic. I have used synthetic in my cars and motorcycles for years knowing full well that it is really over-kill. But it makes me happy and it's my money.

You can switch over at practically any time.

The traditional train of though is that:
Once you switch to synth, you can't switch back to conventional. Back when synth was new, that may have been the case, but with modern synth, they are interchangeable.

IMO, stock up on synth when its on sale, and don't look back.

And sythetic will flow faster in the cold country where you live. Do it if you can afford the cost. I have used Mobil I since it became available in the USA in about 1978[?].
