5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
That car is fine with either conventional or synthetic. I have used synthetic in my cars and motorcycles for years knowing full well that it is really over-kill. But it makes me happy and it's my money.
The traditional train of though is that:
Once you switch to synth, you can't switch back to conventional. Back when synth was new, that may have been the case, but with modern synth, they are interchangeable.
IMO, stock up on synth when its on sale, and don't look back.
