Gen5 Rough Idle Won't Go Away Camry 04

I have an I4 2004 Camry and like the title says the rough idle won't go away. I have changed:

Spark Plugs
O2 Sensor (Had MIL P2238)
Cleaned MAF
Changed PCV Valve
Cleaned Throttle Body and Replaced Gasket
and tried looking for vacuum leaks with none found

Have any other ideas?

The O2 Sensor Helped a bit. How Long should you drive before the ECU "relearns" with the new O2 Sensor?

Any help will be appreciated...

^^ Mine is pretty tricky sometimes after a reset.... I just barely feather the throttle as its idling rough to keep it around 750rpm, then slowly let off the gas as it tries to figure it out...

Its hilarious how smart the ecu is.. I mean, it fixes itself! mine is a 5-speed so whenever i take off the negative battery and it resets, the car has a hell of a time idling for about 20 mins or so, whenever I push the clutch in to come to a stop, it almost always stalls.... also what I've found to help is pull the negative overnight, then reconnect, and start it... since the car is cold, it will make the idle speed higher, and hopefully be able to relearn idle without stalling..

hope this helps!! i've had to do it PLENTY, lol... my 04 has 170k

I actually called a tow truck to come get it at around 85k miles because it wouldn't idle... the tow truck got there 2 hours later, and since the car was sitting and got cold, it fired up and idled like a charm... lol, i said sorry bruh, she's good now!!
