If it's this one, then yes but I suggest to track down appropriate Molex connectors and attach back to the OEM connectors.

There's factory FSM floating around here somewhere. Just make a search.

Keep in mind the ohm load as well if you are just trying to replace the amp, but keep the factory speakers. Not sure what car you have, but on mine the ohm load for the speakers for the doors was 2.8 or 2.9 and were run together with the dash speakers so that dropped it lower.

If you are looking to use the factory head unit and run aftermarket amps and speakers then you can just run a loc to convert the speaker outputs to RCA and go from there. Lots available.

Don't fix it if it isn't broken! Muck with it until it is broken and THEN fix it.

I have a failed 86280 0w390 (2007 Camry SLE) and think the 0w391 is a replacement.
What do you suggest as a replacement or a place that sells the OEM version. Thanks

I recently tried to replace everything but the headunit in my 07 SE, and discovered that the head unit's volume, fade, settings all control the amp's output itself. If you're adding an aftermarket amp you're going to lose that control unless you tap the wires returning to the head unit from the amp, and good luck finding those. I have Luna's tech diagram and it doesn't match mine. :/
