Engine Block is Bleeding Out! (Oil Leak)

Hey guys! I drive a 2003 I4 Camry with 88k miles and it's been my one of my best friends for college. Great car for learning new things (changed pads, rotors, and etc) and it is time to learn something again. Recently I noticed there's oil coming from the block (pictures below) and I'm assuming that the gaskets are done. The pictures are taken just above the heatshield for the headers.

I've done a search and come across a few threads that have had oil leak problems.
Camry 2006, I4: oil leak around the pan rim.
Front Engine Seal Replacement Costs

The threads don't have images so I was wondering if (1) someone could please verify if my problem is the same problem those posters had. In addition, (2) how severe of a problem is this? I'm graduating college and hopefully have a job lined up (finished my interviews this past week and waiting to hear back). If I have a job, I'll be trying to get a WRX or GTI and selling the Camry. So I'm not sure if I should invest the money to fix this problem if I'm going to get rid of it anyways.

Thanks for reading and thank you in advance to people who help. =]

Looks like you got a small leak on the valve seal. If you're getting rid of the car in a couple of months then just leave it.

You're very lucky. That is just a little sissy leak from the valve cover, not a big manly leak like a blown head gasket!

Thanks for all the responses guys! Sounds like it isn't too severe and I"ll just keep an eye on it and my oil level. Out of curiousity, what would a blown head gasket be like? Oil all over the place - gg engine? Thanks again to everyone who helped.
