alot of people say the 19mm is the way to go and say that the 23mm is overkill...i havent installed my 23mm sway bar as yet so i dont really know yet if its true that 23mm is too much...if NY gets good weather this weekend, ill be installing it on my car and ill let you know how it feels

i'm thinking of getting the 19mm rsb for my 09 camry, i currently have the strut bar upfront and my car is lowered on h&r springs handling is great now, but looking into getting that rsb too.
Rear Sway Bar = Sway bars (sometimes called anti-roll bars or stabiliser bars) reduce body roll. They do this by linking the two sides of the car – either at the front or at the rear. In the case of a rear sway bar, the roll of the car is resisted by the torsional (twisting) action of the sway bar that attempts to lift the inside rear wheel. In other words, a sway bar is effectively an extra spring that connects the left and right wheels together at one end of the car

Do you feel the 23mm would work well as a daily driver?

I finally got a chance to put on my 23mm rsb today...I could notice a big difference in handling compared to the stock rsb...BUT I could see why some people had said the 23mm could be a bit overkill..the steering is really tight which can compare to my previous car which had a rsb, fstb, and coilovers; so it was kinda weird to feel that in my camry now...I'm pretty sure for all the daily drivers here, you will completely satisfied with the 19mm rsb. Hope I helped answer some of your questions guys.
