Hid kits won't turn on (06 camry xle)

I bought hid kits from ddmtuning.com and I put it together and it doesn't turn on, any ideas?
Bulb type: 9006
35 watt
6000k bulb color

There are many issues. You should starting checking the polarity of the wire and ground wires. Do you use a relay harness?

try to put the connector in backward. Flip the + and -. That's what happen to my car when I put it in. The HID kit have protection so don't worry about burning it. It just won't turn ON if it's wrong which what happen when I did mine.

I put in everything correct and perfect and install everything back.... than it didn't turn on. Have to remove everything again and puzzled why, check out ddm website and it say to flip it. I tried and it worked.

I just fliped the connector backwards like what you said and the ddm tuning website
