Gen6 Black Headlights

I have looked around and tried to find out where to get the black headlights that some of you all have. Where did everyone get them? Is it DIY? If so how?

simple if you are talking about the hedlights on my car where the inside is black they are DIY if it is where the whole headlight is black then it is tinted with film or spray. If it is halo or led headlights with a blacked front lens to it then they are from ebay or another online store

follow the posted DIY. A couple of changes that i made were to not put them directly on the metal, try a wooden cutting board. I went only to 175 degrees F and also i kept checking them to see if they were ready instead of leaving them in there for 10 min. Make sure the oven is pre heated. Keep in mind that if they are not ready to pry open because the sealant is not soft enough, you can always put them back in for a couple of min and try again. If you leave them for too long and they get warped or melt, you are screwed.

Have you had any trouble with moisture getting in the headlight after you take them apart?

If you did a good job sealing it up you should be fine.
Also throw in 1 or 2 silica packs behind the housing to asorb any extra moisture

After i closed them back up, i put a lot of extra silicone sealant all around the seem and they've been good for like 3 years now.
