So today i got my dual Trds installed. Now the only problem is, the right tip is correctly positioned.
The left side tip is a bit higher than the right one. The muffler guy said it was the best he could done.
Now do anyof you guys have this problem? / why it has occured the way it is?
I agree- my shop spent an hour trying to get the tips lined up on my '97 Taurus SHO. If they won't fix it, tell them to refund part of the $ and take it to another shop. As was said- they're either lazy or don't know what they're doing. Not every kit is cookie cutter perfect and it might take some actual work, which they might not be up for.

Or any other suggestions would be appreciated
I've got the same problem with my car. I've spent 2-3 hours repositioning my mufflers to get the tips even and they're still not 100%. We even heated the pipe on the right side and bent it slightly to get it better. I'm at 95% now and will have to settle. My right tip also sticks out further than my left. I'm seriously thinking about cutting those tips off and going with a different style. I don't like the way they fit the cutout even if I could get them straight and even. I'm thinking a 3-4" slant cut rolled tip would look great on the SE and I know I could get them welded on so they would be even.

I installed mine myself with a help of a friend. My left side is perfect but the right side (passenger) is aimed towards the center of the car. There is still a gap but its not a big deal. We tried to move the exhaust but the rubber grommet and hangers prevented it. I even pulled on it. Its not big deal and no one will really notice it. Pawel's friend, Mike, had his centered but his passenger side exhaust stuck out further than the bumper.
My driver side sticks out about 1/16". It really doesn't bother me as much. Now if it was out like 1/4-1/2, then i would make a big stink about it. Worst come to worst, have them chop off a piece of the tail and weld it back on.

Mine is perfect now, I had them recenter it and move around the piping or whatever they did to make them protrude the same amount. One still ended up lower than the other, probably because the rubber support had different tensions. I just lifted the other up with zipties to match, it was easy.
You can see the left side in this pic is higher than the right. I just lifted the right with zipties.
