2003 Camry Water Pump Woes

Hi Everyone,

Hoping someone can offer some helpful advice. Recently my water pump on my 2003 Camry started leaking. My Camry has the 2azfe engine in it. I found some directions and a YouTube video that offered some advice on how to change it. I'm not a stranger to working on cars so I went ahead and changed out the pump. It worked just fine for about 2 months and started leaking again. I brought the faulty pump back and got a replacement. After installing the new pump it once again started leaking after about a month. I re-installed a brand new pump and this one lasted for about three months. I couldn't believe it when I saw the puddle under my car yesterday. I'm wondering if there could be anything else wrong that could contribute to the these pumps failing so quickly. I did switch from the red coolant to a popular "compatible with all colors" brand.... Could that have caused a problem? I just don't know what else to look for at this point. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
