It is a 2002 Camry XLE 4 cyl with 107K miles.

I see wet surface in front of the Engine. I don't know the technical term to describe the area. I have to look through the side to see it. If I touch it oil stick to my fingers.

Is it a serious problem? Is there anything that can be added into the engine oil to seal the gasket?

I have been adding 1 qrt of oil in between about 3000 miles oil change intervals.

Start by cleaning the entire area carefully and then try to see where the oil is coming from. Could be the front oil seal,the timing chain FIP gasket,the camshaft cover gasket or the oil pressure sensor[I think that sensor is in that area]. Regards
