UR Strut Bar

Maybe I just missed this, but do you remove the factory bar or install over it? For a 2011. Thanks!

Make sure you are on a level/flat surface (you will be unboltting the struts from the mounts) And take off the factory bar, and put the UR Bar on. Then torque to factory specs.

You cannot remove the factory bar. It is an integral piece of the cowl area. You simply take 2 strut nuts off on each side, lay the bar over the studs and torque the nuts back down. Gen 6 bars are nothing like the Gen 5 design.
