How to transfer contacts to car's phone book?

I just purchased the 2011 Camry SE. I got my iPhone 3GS paired with the system but I could not send my contacts over to the car's phone book. I tried manually put it in by voice but then it does not show the name of the person---only the name is read back from the speaker. If I can't transfer my contact from my iPhone, how do I label the contact so that it displays the name instead of just audible?

The only way to transfer contacts is to do them one by one. I am assuming you don't have the Nav system?

To get the name to show up on the screen you have to send the contact to the system via Bluetooth. Some phones allow this options, others do not. My LG Env3 allows it to be transferred via Bluetooth. It would be under "Contacts" then "Options", under "Send Name Card", and finally, "Via Bluetooth". I realize not all phones are set up the same, but to send it should be pretty similar.
