I guarantee it is not OEM. All these 3rd party manufacturers make duplicates of OEM products and claim that its "OEM". They claim because it looks like the OEM. I dont even think dealers let alone Toyota, sells the leather seat covers separately
OEM is the original manufacturer, or supposedly. Personally if it is not in a Toyota box then I would be skeptical. I picked up a Katzkin leather set for my 09 3 years ago on eBay and love it. Quality isn't factory but nice for the price I paid. DIY Install took ~8 hours.
that's the same guy i've been thinking about getting leather seats from for the past few months. even asked him a few questions. Those are the best looking seats i've seen. Doesn't look dark gray though looks black to me if those are the actual one's he's selling. since the floor itself is more dark grayish type of color.
We do aftermarket leather seat covers here at the dealership. We do so many of them, we're starting to do them on older cars, not just new. IMHO, the quality (Classic Soft Trim) is better than OEM. After a couple years the OEM starts to crack and get hard, but the aftermarket we use still looks nearly new.

The aftermarket leather seats arent even real leather. They are PVC/vinyl. Maybe a small section such as the middle is actual leather but majority is PVC/vinyl. A friend got custom leather seats for his Matrix and majority is fake leather but looks real.

The ones we get from CST are actual leather, all the way around.

Depends if you want one row, two rows, heated seats, heated/cooled seats, or just plain leather. Plus, there are options for two tone seats, contrast stitching, and piping. Lots of choices, lol

I bought grey for my 2010 LE from this seller.Someone mailed me asking about these seats on ebay.Dont know if it was you sorry about not getting back if it was.The quality is great on these,a few questionable seams, but all in all very nice.Actually not sure how much is leather? To me unless its the highest quality leather some of these man made products are more durable and softer.Installed easily.

Two tone, contrast stitching/piping is definitely not OEM considering Toyota doesn't sell or include it in cars like that. OEM products are expensive so dealerships or shops would never make a profit. They'll buy 3rd party aftermarket stuff which is cheaper, sell it slightly higher and still be able to make a profit without scaring away customers.
Rule of thumb, stores/shops might say its OEM but its probably not. It may be made to "OEM specs". Two different things.
